The R.C.S.C. is a section of MADA, which is solely involved in giving out consultancy services and advice to interested
people on drug and HIV/AIDS problems on how to curb or solve their addictions and live a normal life in society. Professionals
in the psychiatry field and other related fields of discipline are contacted to do this. This center is also responsible for
rehabilitating patients into society by identifying their problems and encouraging them in various vocations e.g. Carpentry,
masonry, weaving, farming etc. This will be done through the establishment of pocket MADA vocational training schools. Thus
the R.C.S.C is a part of MADA, which offers professional counseling and medical therapy to patients with drug and HIV/AIDS
problems.
SPONSORSHIP OF R.C.S.C.
MADA will do this through its various means of attracting financial support. Workers of R.C.S.C.
are allowed to charge a small fee subsidized by MADA for their consultancy services. These professionals are registered members
of MADA. The R.C.S.C. and MADA are located within the same premises. The R.C.S.C. refers or recommends patients to professionals
who will not necessarily have to be located within the MADA facilities.
